TM372 Sample Counter

The TM372 is a completely self contained portable sample counter, and it has been the workhorse for radon progeny measurements in Canadian uranium mines for over 20 years. The TM372 has also become the instrument of choice for counting Long Lived Radioactive Dust (LLRD) samples. Currently, we have two versions of TM372 : TM372B and TM372++.

The TM372B was designed for field measurements of radon progeny.

The TM372++ is a newer version of the TM372 that includes a Geiger counter for detecting gamma radiation, an internal pump for collecting samples and Bluetooth communication capabilities with a computer.
